Visual Basics Assignment enter values using Textbox into a Listbox, label and radio buttons.

VB ASSIGNMENT DONE FRIDAY THE 13TH🎃

Create an application which will allow a user to:

a) Store and display a list of words, and

b) Display and manipulate those words on a Label.

Initially, the application should look as follows:


When the user clicks the Add Button, any word or phrase entered into the TextBox must be added to the list below it. The application must check that a value has been entered. Additionally, the application should ensure that the word or phrase does not already exist in the list before it is added.

When the user selects a value from the ListBox, that value must be displayed on the Label. The Label must have a white background.

Each GroupBox contains two RadioButton controls. When the user selects a RadioButton, the appropriate operation must be performed on the text contained in the Label.

The RadioButton controls must change the text in the Label as follows:

• To Upper – change the text to upper case.

• To Lower – change the text to lower case.

• Purple – change the colour of the text to purple.

• Blue – change the colour of the text to blue.


If another value is selected from the list, then the current settings must be applied to the new value.

The following is an example of what the application may look like once some values have been entered and manipulated using the RadioButton controls
