What an insightful video, as a mechanical engineer, longtime F1 fan and a Mercedes-AMG F1 fan since they returned to F1.I find these video incredibly informative in showing how it is a collaborative effort to not only design a car, but also formulate and refine the race strategy and car setup. That is why I have every confidence in the world that the Mercedes-AMG F1 team will return to the front of the grid in 2023. 🔥

And this is why I don't like Sprint weekends. This crucial part of the F1 weekend is eliminated. I love when any team makes a turnaround from Friday to Saturday based upon the efforts of all these unseen people.

It's amazing how AI can help a setup of a car that is at the racetrack that is also thousands of miles away from the factory. What I am more curious about is, how AI can actually predict changes to a car at the track in real time/real life. AI is typically a "hypothetical" scenario and may not actually work in real life... But in F1 sims, it seems to do the complete opposite. AI seems to be able to tell the future.
