Pursuit's popular sport family provides nice lines on seaworthy luxury center consoles with classic exterior profiles along with family cruising amenities. With the new S 288 the boat builder continues to grow this line up. Featuring a compact design that doesn't lose the attention to detail some of the bigger models have, this boat has a lot of what you're looking for in this type of vessel.
You wouldn’t think the first place to look on a boat like this would be on the deck hatch to the bilge - but this feature is indicative of how Pursuit builds boats. The entire hatch is gasketed all around and completed finish on all sides, making for a beautiful compartment that is super convenient, sturdy and high-quality.
The aft section of the leaning post behind the center console is a great design offering a serious piece of engineering with heavy-duty stainless steel hinges that is built right!
At the helm there's room for a couple of big MFD’s, digital gauges, lighted rocker switches, trim tab controls, premium marine stereo - and the whole dash is built in low-glare dark grey and black finish.
Guests and family members will enjoy classy accents and premium upholstery in the bow, and throughout the boat, while anglers and captains will appreciates features like fold away cockpit seating (leaving the deck open for fishing), 4 standard rod holders (4 on the transom alone), 24-gallon livewell, 45-gallon in-floor fish boxes, raw water washdown, anchor storage compartment and power windlass controlled directly from the helm.
