I think this was the same Spotted Trunkfish passing the camera twice. I made the video at 1/2 speed because the livestream was jumpy at normal speed. (Thanks to Glenn Gilmer for correcting the Trunkfish's name)... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... URGENT: This camera and the excellent coral development project that sponsors it ARE THREATENED WITH DESTRUCTION. PortMiami officials want to put a new cruise ship berth here. This rich habitat would be obliterated. DOING THIS MAKES NO SENSE. It will be a long time before the cruise ship industry (which has behaved abysmally during the COVID-19 pandemic) recovers, if it ever does. IF YOU WANT TO OPPOSE THIS, go to the Coral City Camera site. The chat there will post information about actions you can take. Thank you. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... This is about as good as underwater photography can be: an excellent camera, a great site, and a great support system. From their website: "The Coral City Camera is an underwater camera streaming live from an urban coral reef in Miami, Florida. The CCC is a public art and scientific research project by Coral Morphologic produced with Bridge Initiative and Bas Fisher Invitational." Thank you for this amazing camera, one and all!
