I think DE kinda messed up Harrow's first ability's range scaling, with a 235% range build the stat screen will say the range is 56 meters but I can hit enemies from over 100 meters away.
Could also just be displayed wrong

Sounds like they made him more convenient, which is what he needs badly imo. His abilities are great, but he's so cumbersome, especially for being a buffing frame. Glad to see the changes, although imo, they cam go further with making him more convenient and fun to play.

The only thing with Harrow I still don't like is how executions like mercy/stealth kills don't reward 4x energy.
Though preparation fixes that in most missions.

so start with full energy, Condem has range scaling plus a non-scaling AOE around Harrow himself, Penance heals health too, and Thurible charges faster

Nice but, I've always expected Thurible to act as a Weapon while Charging. and give Team Members in Range Energy (even after Charged) like Trinity's Energy Vampire ability..
