Great! Renaming the Plugins folder worked for me. Now, I have a clue to fix this issue permanently.

It doesn't work to log in to wordpress wp admin. I also know the password and the username. When the login page appears, I write the login details and nothing happens. When I try on the phone it goes to log in. I also tried Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, etc. and it still doesn't work. I installed the Tor browser and it works to log in to the site, it works. What do you think needs to be done? Thank you in advance!

Thanks, I finally can access again to my dashboard when i rename the plugins file. It wasn't plugins problem.
I had some connection URL password in WPS Hide Login
to write instead of the ?404 and then I can access the dashboard

Found that the wp-config.php had a heap of define AUTH etc at end of file, took these up several lines to be after WP_DEBUG and worked for me
