The hot summer season is back and what’s a better way to start enjoying it again than to have an ice cold Vietnamese coffee or cà phê sữa đá… basically every single day! The recipe I use fits the strength and sweetener I prefer so feel free to use it as a starting point and adjust!

15g Sài Gòn Drip Vietnamese robusta coffee
20g Sweetened condensed milk
100g Hot water, 20g of which I used to bloom the coffee with for 30 seconds
