Grilled Cheese Roll Ups | Easy Grilled Cheese Sandwich Idea

In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make Grilled Cheese Roll Ups. This is a fun spin on a classic grilled cheese sandwich. These make great finger foods for a social gathering like a gameday party, boardgame night, etc. Dip them in some homemade tomato soup and they are even more amazing. Grilled cheese rollups are super easy to make with just a few ingredients, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!

Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
1 cup thinly shredded cheese (doesn't have to be exact)
6 thinly slices of ham (optional)
2 tbsp of butter

Tools:
Skillet or griddle
Tongs
Knife
Cutting board
Toothpicks (optional)
Rolling pin

Try using thin sliced bread and not rolling, also make a cheese sauce instead of straight cheese.
