Hi,
I am getting nothing but catches when using the rougher. I have tried different heights with my rest but nothing seems to work. With a big distance between the rest and the work piece makes it easy for catches.

one important tip: NO Jewellery ( watches or rings) while using rotating machinery, safety first, this can catch on a piece and take your whole hand into the rest with it, look at angle grinder safety videos if you need proof of this!!

one question, the intro photo shows the cutting tool in 10 parts, BUT you DON'T put it together in the video, or show how the tools mount to the shank of the handle, which is a real pity as this kind of video is watched by us to be a "visual instructions" to add to the text in any manual. also can you add a link below the video telling us how to get more info on it, like what I have said previously, aka any BASIC set up videos, list of available cutters, what they do.... .
