jisung said that he (and changbin?) got the inspiration for their song "mirror" in their upcoming debut album when they were staring at their reflections in the mirror at the training center. jisung randomly wondered if the kid staring back at him from the mirror was thinking about something different than what jisung himself was thinking about, so he wanted to express the complicated tangle of their thoughts with this song. changbin in particular was lyrically inspired by a book he bought and read (when he was out buying new year's gifts for the members lol) bc he wanted to approach the song in a philosophical manner.
