I like this guy. He's just one stadium song about the south away from being on the fast train.

I've seen a thousand New York license plates here in Florida and more on the way. I have 3 families from New York in New House's next store and across the street. A lot of California Plates also. Come one come all. The south is a Lovely place.

Helll of a.song. This song should be all over the radio. I tell u folks it's harder now than ever before to get even a great song recorded and released and on the radio, but don't give up. U got "it". young man. Just need that break with another great song that might, right now be there with u or on the way, a song to bring 50 thousand people on their feet screaming and yelling. U will know it right away when u hear it, and u have never before heard the song.

Songs about the south start regional, then slowly move north, east and west. The south is "the place to be " right now. We are American individualist, and we keep things safe down here. We are the new California beaches. We are romantic traditions, with adventures in food, entertainment and just plain back home living. We live slower here, but longer. This is the place to make a record, and make it about the south.

Got a pass on my last pitch. U got to have a tough skin to survive the music business. Good luck Johnny. It's fun and I love it but it's a long road with a Lotta holes.
