Notice how this only occurs in the privacy of their bedroom at their parent’s house.

Please understand that being overweight and having fat is a clear sign that you are consuming too much sugar. Being overweight is not the only outcome from this, but can lead to immune, kidney, heart, and many more problems. I encourage you to take action and help your body become healthier and longer lasting.

For those who don’t know, a tank is an armoured fighting vehicle intended as a primary offensive weapon in front-line ground combat. Tank designs are a balance of heavy firepower, strong armour, and battlefield mobility provided by tracks and a powerful engine; their main armament is often mounted within a turret. They are a mainstay of modern 20th and 21st century ground forces and a key part of combined arms combat.

I may be more apt to believe them if they all didn’t post “why I ate in a day as a fat person” where they just eat large amounts of junk all day. Plus they’re all young. Let’s recheck in 10 years

Excessive sugar intake has a variety of harmful effects on the human body, including:

1. Weight Gain and Obesity: High sugar intake can lead to weight gain because it adds extra calories, and sugary foods often lack the fiber and nutrients that make you feel full. Sugary drinks, in particular, are linked to increased calorie intake and, subsequently, weight gain.
2. Increased Risk of Type 2 Diabetes: Regularly consuming high amounts of sugar can contribute to insulin resistance, a condition where the body doesn’t respond well to insulin, leading to elevated blood sugar levels. Over time, this can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
3. Heart Disease: Diets high in added sugars have been associated with a higher risk of heart disease. This can occur due to increased blood pressure, inflammation, and high levels of triglycerides, all of which are risk factors for heart conditions.
4. Liver Damage: Excessive sugar, particularly fructose, is metabolized in the liver. High intake can lead to fatty liver disease, as the liver converts excess fructose into fat.
5. Tooth Decay: Sugars in foods and drinks can feed harmful bacteria in the mouth, producing acids that erode tooth enamel and lead to cavities.
6. Increased Risk of Cancer: Some studies have found links between high sugar consumption and an increased risk of certain cancers, such as breast cancer and colon cancer. This may be partly due to the role sugar plays in obesity and inflammation, both of which are risk factors for cancer.
7. Skin Aging: Sugar can accelerate skin aging through a process called glycation, where sugar molecules attach to proteins, forming harmful molecules that damage collagen and elastin, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin.
8. Mood and Energy Swings: Sugar can cause spikes and crashes in blood sugar levels, leading to mood swings, fatigue, and irritability. While it may initially boost energy, this effect is temporary and can lead to a “sugar crash.”
9. Increased Risk of Depression: High sugar consumption has been linked to an increased risk of depression, likely due to its impact on mood-regulating neurotransmitters and inflammation.

Limiting added sugars and opting for nutrient-dense foods can help reduce these risks and contribute to overall better health.

There is a difference between having fat and being overweight. If you are overweight or underweight and unhealthy, acceptance (moving on from the problem you've recognised rather than trying to better yourself to fix the problem) is not the best idea. If you want a happy and healthy life, look after your health. In a case like this, the woman in the video is healthy, but exercise is always good for everyone (underweight or overweight or healthy). Everyone deserves respect and love and part of loving yourself and your amazing body is by treating it well.
