First western Washington casino to reopen greeted with eager crowds

Let me start with my complaints as I have more complements to end my comments with for this casino.

Just trying to enter the parking lot itself was a nightmare mainly because of the way things were set up for reopening. We'd wait in line in the street only to be waived off two cars away from getting in the lot & we're told to come back in an hour. So we'd lose our place in line & cruise the street for 3 hours just to be let in a conned off area surrounded by unused parking spaces. They need to utilize the parking lot in such a way we can park in the far lot (unused spaces) to wait then be let in instead of making us drive around & telling us to come back every hour. Let people at least get into the far parking lot then slowly move them through the entry process, because we can't park & wait in the street The way it's set up people that have waited for hours lose their place in line while someone that just arrived gets in & you're told come back later for the 3rd time. I hope they see this message because that small change would help save hundreds from losing their place in line.

Next all the drink stations were closed so I had trouble finding something to drink. This was to be expected given the circumstances as they were overwhelmed with the reopening. Just be prepared to wait a little longer for a beverage. Hopefully they'll be able to reopen the drinking stations soon or hire more wait staff.
Otherwise things seemed to be running nicely. They had every other machine turned off in order to maintain safe distancing. And because of their recent expansion they had plenty of room for everyone walking around to be able to maintain a safe distance too. They kept the buildings capacity down for safety as well & had several employees cleaning machines & making sure others wore their mask. Was nice to have a little bit of normalcy even if just for a couple of hours. Thank you Angels & especially your employees for keeping things running so we can enjoy a night out in a beautifully updated NON SMOKING casino ( this coming from an ex smoker)
I seen several regulars attending that I know for a fact are heavy smokers (including my friend) & guess what, they lived without a cigarette for a few hours. The decision for clean air's the right one, it's not going to hurt your business much if even at all because from what I seen the smokers are showing up in droves.
I hope Angel's continues to be a non smoking establishment forever especially for their non smoking employee's & I hope other casinos follow your lead. It was nice to visit & not smell like an ashtray afterwards.

Best of all the gaming went well, we had a lot of fun. And I love your staff they're some of the nicest people. They're one of the reasons I go back, they're friendly. Again thank you

No thank you I’d wait for those table games to open!! Everyone knows playing the slots is about as good as gambling lol 😂 but I guess someone has to loose for those with brains to win. DONT PLAY SLOTS!!!
