Terraria Calamity Mod Music - 'corrosion!' - Theme of the Acid Rain

This is the music that plays during the Acid Rain event in the Sulphurous Sea, from the Terraria Calamity Mod.
Made by me using FL Studio. Samples "wasteland" by DM DOKURO, and contains motifs from Terraria's Rain theme.

DM DOKURO will not be working on his own theme. So, unless circumstances change, this is the final in-game track!

Got some help from my music friend for this one. Big help in making this not sound like trash!

I didn't expect to become a secondary composer for Calamity but I guess I could be considered one now. Thank you Fabsol for using my music!

This theme seriously slaps. The first time I heard this I was in a modded play through with one of my friends in a discord call and when we were meting around all of a sudden this amazing song started playing and it started, and it SERIOUSLY slapped. This song is great in every regard so uh yea.

AKA The theme of wanting to enter the abyss but if you enter the water you get murdered by the frankly overpowered acid debuff and water leeches thus requiring you to take 10 minutes out of your day to kill ~100 explosive toads before finally being able to enter the abyss without being slaughtered by acid rain enemies only to not find the archerfish and therefore being forced to fight the slime god with galeforce.

Easily one of my favorites in the Calamity Mod soundtrack. I admit to listening to this outside of the game, it’s excellent! It fits extremely well with the strange nature of the acid rain event. Nice job with this composition!

I remember in my Calamity Playthrough it was constantly raining all the way from eye of Cthulhu to Cryogen because I never bothered to get rid of this event
