Currently running a city campaign where the main enemy is a group known as 'The Rat Gang' because of their use of the city sewer system and their defining rite of passage where each member must kill a giant rat, and make a cloak from its hide (my giant rats are way tougher than the standard 5e ones). Anyways so my players just got knocked out (entered enemy territory and got overpowered) and drug into the sewers where they awaken in small cells hewn into the stone beneath the city, the stench tells them exactly where they are. Perfect ambiance for the suspense.
