Hi Peter,  Great video with very useful information.  My son has had some stomach pain, had a the few tests done and received a CRP test result today of 194mg/L and I FREAKED out.  He is seeing a specialist dr in a few days   Your video has helped me to understand what the test is about.  Thank you!!

I have severe Crohn's disease. Never had a 'bad' cr protein lab result only borderline. My stricturing disease has led me so far to 3 bowel surgeries. Labs always are fine.

Just found this video - I have been diagnosed with IBS for about 5 years now and I went back to the doctors because I felt my symptoms were a lot more severe. I had my CRP FCP tests with the CRP at 28mg/l and the FCP at 253. Both tests have come back slightly high and I wondered if it's possible that I have IBD but it's quite mild. Many thanks

My CRP was always in the 50-80's when I was sick and was 180 the day before my colectomy!
