Is the 2024 Lexus GX 550 Overtrail the new KING of luxury midsize SUVs?

FIRST LOOK: The GX is finally getting a full redesign from Lexus for 2024. On the outside over the Overtrail you will find a unique all new paint color, 18in wheels, 33in off road tires and full LED lighting. On the inside you will be greeted by a larger cabin, 14in infotainment system, 12.3in digital gauge cluster and sunroof. Under the hood is a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 that produces 349HP & is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

I have a 22 GX. Im gona swap it out for a 23. 24 looks like a old boxy honda pilot. The body lines are so much better on the 23 and the grill is way better. This is not terrible but the 23 is way better and to get rid of the back swing open door is a total sin. Thats what makes the GX a GX.

I just picked up my 23 GX 460 yesterday, and the V8 is amazing. I would recommend the V8 it’s the last of its kind, and it’s proven to last a long time without any issues!

Dude…. Lexus DID NOT disappoint. This thing looks incredible. It’s been a long wait but boy was it worth it. I would 1, 000, 000% take this over a Defender or G Wagen. This thing looks like it’ll eat a Defender for breakfast with no milk.

So glad that I got my hands on a GX460. The last body on frame SUV with a V8 that you can buy in the USA as of 08/2022. Smooth as silk engine and reliability has been proven. 95K with full records. Everywhere else in the world, this beast is labeled as a Land Cruiser Prado. Basically, it's barely broken in. Guys, the Japanese engineered this thing to function for decades with NO MAINTENANCE! I'll baby it.
