For me it's 1.Thrasios 2. Tatyova 3. Oko. Thrasios is just way too insane. Even in the 99 to not warrant being the best for me.

How strong it was even without interaction at 85% of a build with a few pet cards included. It was lots of long turns (no extra turn spells) and busted as hell. When I cast a mass manipulation on turn 5 for 6 is when I realized.... people aren’t enjoying this lol.
