She scores #1 on Billboard and #1 at ruining the environment. Multitasking queen!

After calling climate change horrific in 2020 and profiting off of horrible situations, Taylor Swift is getting yelled at by the whole world for her private jet emissions and carbon footprint. TheTab released an article detailing information from Yard and Tay Tay didn't even deny it... she just made excuses for it!

I've seen people defending Taylor and they're saying "Oh there are 100 companies that are producing 71% of the CO2 so we should be angry at them and not Taylor." Just because we are calling Taylor out, does not mean that we aren't mad at those 100 companies too. We can be mad at both. We can call out both. It's about holding people accountable. If people can hate on Kylie and Travis and call them out for their private jets, then we should also do the same to Taylor and other celebrities like Oprah, Blake Shelton and more. We need to keep the same energy for everyone who do bad things. Because in the end, it's people like us who are the ones suffering the most. We have to use paper straws (in my country almost no straws!), eco-bags or paper bags instead of plastic, water shortages, flooding and more. While celebrities live in their many mansions and don't have to worry about climate change because they have all the comforts of money.

I like Taylor but 170+ flights is ridiculous, I used to follow a tumblr account a few years ago that would track Taylor’s flights and it was just as busy as now. She doesn’t care and it’s mad that she’s being called out for it. I feel she isn’t getting the level of heat like Kylie did the week before.

A lot of ppl forget this girl was born and raised in a 1% environment and I can tell that's what Taylor wanted. Being in the 1% got her to skip the line in gaining the career that she has, and never really had to worry abt facing what the rest of us do.

They have not only the money, the time, AND the people available to help come up with alternatives for their safe travels? Really?

I get that why these celebrities do it, for safety usually, but it's really getting out of hand. Hearing about the crazy heatwaves that have been hitting Japan and the UK and every thing else, something needs to be fixed about this. Also, why isn't Kylie Jenner and Beyonce (I'm assuming she's travelling with Jay Z, but I could be wrong) on the list as well as others? There should be rules that these jets shouldn't be used if they can carpool to their destinations.

When asked about using private jets when he wants us to take care of Mama earth and watch out for our carbon footprint Harry justified his usage of private jets by saying "wanna protect muh famaleh". He later sent uncle Elton John to tell us "the prince is using my private jet and we're planting trees so chillax, geez!”

Personally, I’ve barely seen Taylor Swift advocate for the environment. She has rarely spoken about it, so I don’t think hypocrisy is the biggest issue. That amount of private jet flights is big enough of an issue in itself. I hope she changes.
