Switching to Pacific Daylight Saving Time from Pacific Standard Time, at 2am on March 13, 2022. The term "Spring Forward" is used to indicate this moment of clock change as it is Spring season in the northern hemisphere. The time is 'rolled back' an hour on the first Sunday of November every year (and it is know as the "Fall back" moment) at 2am, when after 01:59:59, the clock changes to to 01:00:00.
There was no 2am on March 13. 2022. If you had set the alarm for 2am on your mobile phone, you wouldn't have gotten it, because the phone didn't ever see 2am. Elsewhere on an Android phone, I saw "notifications" that the alarm had been set at 3am though I had deliberately set it to 2am. So, the "notifications" that I had set an alarm for my desired time were correct, but the actual alarm never happened at that moment.

Earlier version of the video had sound recorded from the TV that was playing a movie at that time I had been recording the phone's video. This one is silent.

This video is posted because the entire concept of daylight saving isn't known to many people around the world. Children from some of these regions find it amusing that we change our time twice a year, that we end up messing our sleep schedule twice a year! And there is a wonder when they hear that the fallback and forwarding of the daylight saving is encoded in all our computers and mobile phone software and that the clocks change automatically if the computer is configured to be in those regions.

Daylight Saving Time is ok with the twice a year clock change but to hopefully end clock change one day I would love to do it on permanent Standard Time
