God is one being. The Catholics teach that Jesus is 1/3 of God, so he is therefore less than God, and that is a heresy. Jesus is the Lord, and he is the Lord manifested in the flesh. He is not a trinity, He is a Godhead composed of one body, soul, and spirit, just as we are, who were made in his image.

The Greek word “theotes” translated “fullness of the Godhead” in Colossians 2:9 in the King James Version means “divinity” or “divine nature” according to Liddell and Scott’s Greek-English Lexicon. The fact that Christ has “divine nature” or the quality of “divinity” does not necessarily mean that he is God Almighty himself. Colossians 1:15 says that Jesus is “the image of the invisible God”, not God himself. Colossians 1:19 says that “it pleased the Father that in Him [Christ] all the fullness should dwell.” This indicates that it was the Father’s decision that all fullness dwell in Christ. Colossians 3:1 shows that Christ is not God because it says that Christ is “seated at the right hand of God.” Colossians 2:12 says that God raised Christ from the dead. In Colossians, Paul makes a clear distinction between God the Father and Jesus Christ.

I am confused by what you are trying to say. I feel we just went two different directions. I am not Apostolic. If this channel is Apostolic, i will politely excuse myself. I have a separate relationship with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost as well as a full relationship with all three as one. God is three in one. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. Jesus did not pray to Himself in Gethsemane. Jesus is the Son of God, John 14:28, 2 Corinthians 11:31, 2 Corinthians 1:3 Ephesians 1:3, 1 Peter 1:3, John 20:17, Revelations 3:12, Matthew 27:46. And He said He will send the Holy Spirit, John 16:7. God raised Jesus from the dead, Romans 10:9. Visit my channel, read my books. Let's look at John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son... Who is His begotten son, John Cougar Mellencamp? Did John Cougar die on a cross for us. John 3:16 is a pretty famous verse. Salvation is based on that verse. Wonder Who that Son is that is spoken of in that verse? Geez, what's His name again. Oh, that's right Jesus. What, Jesus is a Son?
