This activity is quite difficult, but so good for your body. Walking like a duck strengthens your quadriceps. This muscle plays a vital role in nearly all leg movements, so it is important to keep it strong and flexible.

Weak quadriceps could lead to knee problems later in life, so do the duck with your child and prevent this from happening! 😁
