No one does class, elegance, and efficiency like the Japanese.

$2, 500 doesn’t seem bad for a luxury train in Japan. It looked like an amazing experience!

I'm a train attendant aboard Amtrak(Southwest Chief) & this would be my fantasy train to work. If only we could have this type of train travel in the USA. The detail of the product presentation is other worldly.

This is jaw dropping. So beautiful!! The menus, the room, the cars, the design and decor. Just wow. But the best…the special station master with his little hat. 😊

Trust the Japanese to do something so amazingly well. They really do understand what experiences should be like. I'm in awe of this train. I must go on it. I didn't even know such a thing existed.

I keep thinking Jeb and Suzanne can't come up with something more unique and special than the last video I saw and then they out-do themselves. Thank you for taking us along on your journeys and showing us places in the world I never knew existed.

Jeb and Suzzane, as a fan of Japanese trains since I was 6 years old, I had the biggest grin on my face the entire time watching this video! As awesome as Train Suite Shikishima is, but Japanese trains delight no matter what kind you're riding. What I love best is their uniqueness, the whole experience of using them, the scenery that passes by the window and the unmatched enthusiasm the Japanese people share about trains. It's amazing when you're waved off by the staff at the station, everyone is taking pictures on the platform and the staff are very accommodating to us railfans. I just came back from a 2-week holiday to Japan and I already want to go back. I'm so glad you enjoyed your journey and thanks so much for taking us along for the ride!

I’m always amazed by your videos - but this one is phenomenal.
My wife and I are cruisers - and we are booked on a 50+ day cruise round trip Seattle to Japan. I appreciated seeing the views in the county, and the amazing mountains - in addition to the luxury train.
You have a great life!

One thing I noticed is that the driver points at every signal he looks at, as I understand it this is part of training to add muscle memory to taking note of everything you need to watch for.
