The spacecraft New Horizons flew past the Kuiper Belt Object Arrokoth in 2019, taking close-up images as it passed. In this back-and-forth video, the slight angle change between images was interpolated to create a smooth transition, allowing you to see some of the structure (including the weird overall double lobe).
