Hi Jono, thanks for this tutorial.

So the trigger of this workflow would be if a PDF file is dropped into Google Drive.

How would it work for the Gmail module? Don't we need search steps (e.g. search for invoice PDFs) to trigger the flow?

In addition, how would you model all triggers in one flow? By creating routers and implementing rules, what would be the first trigger point? Thanks in advance!

There is an extension called Make for google sheet to link Make with gg sheet but now I see it has been removed and my scenarios can no longer run. Is there a way to continue using Watch Changes with Google Sheet?

Do you have any suggestions for this situation: Company has inbound emails from all sorts of sales people with details for orders. There is no standardization, these reps don't work for the company getting the emails so they cant enforce a portal or an email format or an excel sheet or some way to standardize the incoming data. From this email, they manually pull out the same type of information to put into their system. Things like: source, destination, weight, etc. How can AI/automations be used to capture and organize such unstructured data? Once this information is put into their system, I think it's pretty easily transferred to the other systems they use for processing orders.

you might be able skip a step and ask openAI to simply extract the data for you and put them into a json just the same... Just thinking/typing out loud..
