I do enjoy an artsy movie here and there and I cherish historically accurate (or at least authentic) films. That being said, this was just odd. Keeping the horrors hidden is fine, but there was not enough to watch. It might have been stronger if cut into a sub-60 minute film.
Positives: Great camera, attention to detail.

It's realism but surrealism too. Were the Jews not targetted many of them would have nice homes and gardens also that was just "normal". The coat scene personally for me says so much my grandmother was half German half British I had a fur coat of hers and would think well the animals have been dead for years Canada was founded on the fur trade it's cold in the winter why can't I have this soft warm garment?
Really though still if you want a mink they put those animals in cages and gas them and people protest the inhumanity now too. So ...

Please save your time and money and avoid watching this boring 2 hour long atrocity. In my heart I deeply believe that this was the worst cinema experience in my life. It's a complete waste of money and time for everyone. And I mean everyone - the public, cast members, production team etc

Ich kann nicht verstehen wie man im Jahr 2024 einen Film mit ausschließlich weißen Schauspieler*innen drehen kann. Wo bitte sind hier People of Colour und andere? Ich dachte nicht, dass ich so eine NichtRepräsentanz von Minderheiten noch erleben würde.
