In this project management software tutorial, I guide you through all the user-friendly features, elements and how you can create your own project workflow using Trello boards. Trello is a free project management software that is streamlined, visually pleasing, intuitive and powerful for individuals and teams, it's also a great starting point for beginners and allows for creativity and efficiency.

Trello has an impressive free plan, that is sufficient for most small teams. The free plan allows users to create up to ten active boards (projects), unlimited lists (categories) and unlimited cards (tasks). You can also add as many team members as you like to Trello.

Nice tutorial, thank you. I currently use Trello. I also watched your tutorial on Asana (which I haven't used before), and it looked pretty similar to Trello. I'm curious as to exactly why you feel Trello is a better tool for the bigger projects, and Asana is better suited for day-to-day tasks. Is Trello better for integrating the client into the project mgmt process and, if so, why? Is Asana better for day-to-day stuff and, if so, why?
