For the people complaining about prices being outrageous pls they are NOT. I will try to make a video explaining this on my channel. One thing you all should know is that cars are being sold per dollar rates because the dealer also buys them in dollars. If a car was bought let’s say in 2020 and the dollar rate by then was 5.2, the dealer after all the paid duties will now multiply by the said rate to check his possible profit. And now that our dollar rate is about 12.6 in 2024 plus the now outrageously increased import duties, you can’t expect the dealer to sell that same car at the rate he bought the car. NO! If he does then how does he go back to USA/CHINA, JAPAN etc…. and afford to buy and import cars again? (Business will collapse). So the best way to break even and keep the business going is to sell all the cars bought at the rate of 5.2 in 2020 to 12.6 the current rate. I don’t know if this gives a bit clarification but as said I will make a video on my channel to explain this. (Possible typo) 🙏🏼
