Great test!
I have phones with A13, Snapdragon 855, Kirin 980, Exynos 9820, Kirin 710, Snapdragon 660 and Helio P60 and except videography I love Kirin chipsets because battery life is great (very less standby draining as well) and still smooth gaming experience.
It's just sad that GMS is not on Mate 30 and P40 series.

This test means nothing actually....Huawei using last years Kirin Chipset while Xiaomi using the latest Snapdragon and yet huwaei is not that far behind which means how good the Kirin Processor is

1) Some apps are most likely not optimized for the huawei p40 pro because it has google play support services
2) There is a super saiyan performance mode that can be enabled on Huawei which results in insane short term performance.
3) Animations on both phones can/should be turned off (It can cause visual hiccups and give us the illusion that one phone is faster due to a slight tweak in animation) - Developer Options

Can you do it again with an Exynos S20? You are currently the only creator that does this test right, we wanna see thoae results as well. If you couldn't get a hold an Exynos S20 i would understand it tho.

I was told that the P40 opens apps faster the more you use the same app over time and it also prevents the phone from slowing down by using Ai. It also uses less battery when gaming.
