Observation and Endurance should definitely go to Sasuke. When battle iq and iq are higher of someone, observation skills are better of that person too. We have already seen his observation skills are better than Gaara and don't forget when Sasuke destroyed Gaara's hand with a simple chidori while he was using tailed beast power. Endurance means ability of endure the pain or attack, which gaara dont eveer endured much attacks or pain, so sasuke gets it

Gaara has overpower defence, but not endurance. When it comes to take pain in chunin exam, Gaara was the genin that would’ve tolerated the least amount of pain. I don’t blame Gaara because he was never physically hurt until Sasuke all thanks to his defence, but Sasuke would easily have more endurance, resistance to pain.
