Why the guy take longer to get dressed

Quick change is good, but the long dance delay is not good. Too long and it is not a professional dance. Simon would have buzzed them saying too much stalling and delays. They should do more quick change and fast from one to another. Just like the quick change lady from America's got talent. She got a good pace of change, not too slow and not too fast from one to another.

Nowadays, to be able to do a special act is not special anymore when there are tons of other people who are doing the same thing. People will start comparing.
