Noone is saying to make the whole nation organic tomorrow. So the practicality of it should be contextualised.
And practicality is also multidimensional, practical in achieving production? Practical in securing the market? Practical in reducing the price etc etc. I think this argument that Rajendra dai made is not completely fair. We are working in the sector if organic farming for more than 2 decade now and we can say from the data that the demand for organic products is more than ever, the practicality of organic farming (Permaculture) is huge in terms lf macimizing production.
But this is a podcast where guests can put forward their own opinion so thanks for bringing yours.

Phase wise planning is necessary, with strong policy supporting organic farming, put more tax on non organic produce, likewise there are several other instruments.
