I don't care how juicy it is, I want the best taste! In Europe they don't put the Lime Variety on the label, so I don't know which type I buy each time, but sometimes they smell "old", or almost "slightly decomposed" if they are yellow'ish.

You can also roll it on the counter under your palm before cutting it to get even more juice 😳

Limes are yellow when they are ripe, so the yellow tint will give more juice

Unethical pro tip which I would never do myself ;) : Get the organic one and when you go through self checkout enter the number, or however your store does it, of the non organic when you check out. I personally would never do this, even though the price of most things have doubled or more in price since the pandemic and not gone back down even though the "supply chain" issues were the supposed reasoning for the price increases. I mean, it definitely couldn't have been corporate greed... Housing is completely unaffordable and the price of rent has also sky rocketed. It really seems like wages are the only thing that hasn't. That federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour is really too high. People should really just be thankful that they are getting paid at all since that extravagant $7.25 is on top of the work/job not to mention life experience which honestly we should all be paying our employers for the honor of working for them and say, cleaning their shit smeared bathrooms and overflowing toilets.
