Definitely a turbo and camshaft upgrade. The stock engine will take it if you keep peak torque down, and it will help with the drivetrain reliability.
My evo 1 racecar is currently running 330kw at the hubs on a stock bottom end.
G25-660 turbo with kelford cams and springs.

I did a compression test on my B5 Audi yesterday. It's full bolt on plus a few other things. But it now has over 220K miles... 75-80psi! Luckily I am almost done building the new engine, low limit is 101psi but should be above 120 and high side cam be as much as 160-170psi. I can't believe the car still runs as good as it does.
