Throaty V8 Sound. This Axle-Back Exhaust system by CGS Motorsports is a sure-fire way to create horsepower gains in your 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT. CGS employs a proprietary chambered design for their performance mufflers that was created with the expressed purpose of increased exhaust flow and a deep, throaty sound. Mustang owners can expect a 7-10 increase in horsepower and roughly the same in torque.

Premium Stainless Steel. CGS manufactures this Axle-Back in the USA from T304 stainless steel. The use of steel is a means to combat corrosion issues that are common on the undercarriage of vehicles and is also a means of ensuring longevity and durability. This durability is further exemplified by the decision to weld the exhaust components, rather than use an epoxy adhesive, to ensure that everything remains exactly as it is intended to by CGS. 4" slant-cut polished stainless steel tips finish off this cat-back and add some curb appeal to match the new set of lungs.

Bolt On Upgrade. CGS Motorsports has engineered this Axle-Back to be a bolt on upgrade for all 2005-2010 Mustang GTs. Simply remove the factory muffler assemblies and install the CGS Motorsport pieces back in their place - no cutting or welding should be needed. Expect this process to take around an hour from start to finish.
