If you recently purchased an iTOUCH AIR 4 | Jillian Michaels Edition Smartwatch and are having trouble charging this device, there may be something blocking the charging sensors.

1. Remove the protective film on the back of your deice.
Before charging your smartwatch, please first locate the protective clear film on the back of your device. The film is meant to protect the sensors and charging pins on the device during shipping.

2. Look for any remaining circular dots.
After removing the protective film on the back of your device, inspect the back of your device for any small, leftover adhesive clear dots. These dots that are left behind by the film will obstruct the sensors and charging capabilities.

3. Remove any remaining circular dots on the device.
The dots will be clear so use a fingernail or card to feel for and remove any punched out circular film covering the sensors and charging holes.
