Put a little bit of butter in your hands to help roll the little balls! Works beautifully without sticking to your hands! This recipe is fantastic ❤🎉

If you don't like to roll them into balls, you can pour them into small silicone ice cube moulds. That's what I do. Right after melting, before they go in the fridge. And I don't add cocoa powder. Also I don't cut the chocolate before melting. Just throw the big pieces in there. It melts anyway.
I recently made this recipe by accident. I needed whipped cream for a recipe and whipped my heavy cream. I only mixed it for e few seconds but it seperated into solid (butter) and liquid (buttermilk?). So I melted the solid with some chocolate and made similar truffles. They were sooo good. Kept them in my fridge for two weeks. Great for my daily chocolate craving.
