Tackling an overgrown garden that needed serious garden clearance for a disabled homeowner who couldn't maintain their space anymore. Using my trusty stihl weed eater and other tools, we provided professional gardening services to help restore this outdoor area to a manageable state. As an "elderly" myself" the time comes when ya have to face reality and admit ya can't take care of the place anymore and need to sell and move to where ya can. A condo or apt. That doesn't require yard work isn't a bad thing. Hanging on for whatever reason just doesn't work. If the kids want it they best step up and help take care of it. If it's because of memories, build some new ones in the new place. Getting old sucks, but make the best of it and move on. You've done a great job. Thanks for the video.

So because this person has ignored all notices of his yard the city hired you to clean up the place. I would take down the arborvitae and anything else that is dead or overgrown and charge your rate to the city as they will be charging him anyway!
