Just came back from 5th camping trip with this item. Exactly the same problem. Filled lightly with an inflation bag, lay down on it (78kg) and, pop, pop, 5 cells rupture to form a giant bubble.

I feel your pain. Now looking for my third after 2 cheaper ones with slow leaks. Won't be buying this model for sure - so thanks for the heads up!!

You inflate by blowing from your mouth? The condensation messes with the glue.
