This video was directed so well. I’ve said this for a long time now, but citizen is genuinely one band that just cannot ever disappoint me. There’s not a single release by these dudes that I haven’t liked. This is rockin’ for sure. 👏🏽✨

This is a real easy listen. Despite the sound being somewhat different (I do miss the grungy edgy angsty guitars!!) I still enjoy the song and you can still tell its Citizen. Cant wait for the album to drop!

I love this change in sound, I’ll always love older Citizen but you can easily tell the heart is still there, and I enjoy seeing artists evolve and change

Listening to this song over the past 2 days made me speculate on the meaning behind some of the lyrics.

I think this song, partially, could be about Mat and the rest of Citizen putting out the kind of music they want and not listening to the hate they’ve been getting from their last few releases following Young States and Youth.

Maybe speaking on the fact that he might not want to sing songs that are written about situations that he has put in his past even though fans might want to hear the old bangers.
