Deion has the unique combination of celebrity & personality to out-recruit all the other coaches which makes him a huge threat.

Playing for him is like playing for the Lakers. Even if you lose you still win (money, endorsements, media attention).

With the resources of Colorado behind him I could see Deion winning a BCS championship within the next 5 years or sooner.
