I know I'm one of the thousands of players who probably do this, but I help maintain the nether highway. I want to make it reach the ends of the world someday no matter how long it takes. I've been playing 2b2t since last year. Despite how many times I get killed, despite how many times I'm offered to join griefing guilds or large groups, I've been playing independently. It may be an impossible dream, but if I were ever to make history in 2b2t, I'd want to go down as the most peaceful player to ever exist on the absolute hellscape that it is. I'm working on a banner design to show where I've contributed to the highway.

Edit: Almost a year later and thought I'd update you guys on the fact that I haven't been on 2b2t in quite a while and don't have the time to continue working on the highway as I usually have. I wish the friends I made along the way good luck. I may return in the future to continue my legacy.

I’ve just started playing since last month. And I’m shocked to see what the world would have used to be and now what it is: massive walls of cobblestone, I’ve been using the nether for travel and have played for the past 6 days without sleeping and well I was greeted by something shocking, a tree. I found it so strange that I was shocked by the thought I found a tree. Just goes to show what has happened to 2b2t.

I can't wait to see if Anarchy actually works in the end... 10 years is still too early to tell, things still didn't settle down. If this server survives, I want to see how it will look like in 2030 or 2040. Or maybe the Anarchy shifts and becomes something else? Players punishing those who don't listen to the rules? Creating a world within minecraft? The real world aslo didn't had rules in the beginning. This is arguably the biggest social experiment in history.
