Welcome back everyone!

I’m documenting my 90 day reset.

No alcohol, clean eating, implementing better habits and hard workouts to see what happens in 90 days!

So far we are starting week 4 today!

I’ll be starting to use red light therapy, a better water system and hopefully get a little sauna also.

The goal is to feel better and see how much better I can improve my recovery, workouts and overall quality of life through all this!

Great channel. Will you please clarify, did you have a total of 300 carbs in a 4 week period?
I am at the lowest point I have felt in years. Your channel has inspired me to try to pull myself out of this dark place. Thanks for a response.
