My skin is a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I'll tell the things worked for me in controlling it.
I reduced my consumption of sugar and prepared at my own house with nutritious foods.
I also ate nut varieties, seed varieties, and tender coconut to stay cool.
I tried to stay relaxed and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every other day. I always put up my hair and had plenty of water. I avoided contacting my face excessively. I followed my routine without missing a day.

Love Indian brands like plum, minimalist, etc ❤️ they're on par with international brands if not more (not all but most products) there's lots of room for improvement but they're still pretty good
