There’s literally no chance that people in these comments don’t understand that this was PURPOSELY scripted. It’s a punishment for murr. The twist on the punishment is the kid taking those items. I thought this was obvious

Yall really need to see the Impractical INSIDER version of this punishment before you keep making assumptions! It was scripted ON PURPOSE, the jokers told the kid what to take but the kid answered the questions ON HIS OWN. Murr didn't KNOW what the kid was gonna take. DO UR RESEARCH

Impractical Jokers Punishment Ideas:

Murr:

-Thinking the punishment is a train stopping in front of him, Murr is terrified but an actor dressed as a superhero ends up coming to save Murr before the train hits him.
-Has to stand in the middle of professional jugglers tossing flaming knives through Murr (The Passing Zone does this trick to Simon Cowell on america's got talent and Simon was perfectly fine afterwards)
-Substitute teacher in an elementary school and has to do what he’s told

Sal:

-At a restaurant and can’t pay for anything he eats (this is a surprise punishment for Sal. The jokers stole his wallet before Sal went to the restaurant. The waiters are actors and make Sal clean the bathroom toilets for not paying)
-Dresses up as Santa at a mall and has to do what he's told
-Fiskenburg 007's idea: dresses up like a bellhop in a five star hotel and finds doors with the do not disturb sign hanging on them. He then has to knock and ask if they need any room service.
-Jordan Harris' idea: Sal is handcuffed to Benjamin the Cat for 48 hours (revenge for mime punishment)

-Trapped in a bakery and forced to finish a big plate of vegetables while other people eat desserts
-Joe wears Sal’s beard for rest of the season
-In a kissing booth with his wife watching him kiss other girls
-Has to complete a mud obstacle course

-Q poses as weatherman outside in a windy storm and has to read off a long script
-In a pro bowling league and has to keep messing up
-Judge elderly dance competition and give harsh comments
-Has to ref a kids basketball game and be unfair

Double Punishments:

-Sal and Joe: Preform badly as mariachi players at a mexican restaurant
-Murr and Joe: Poses as su chefs at a japanese restaurant and does a bad job

Triple Punishments:

-Joe, Sal, and Q - bungee jumping (revenge for skydiving)
-Murr, Sal, and Q - Strapped to a wall and family members throw pies at them while Joe watches them and eats pies
