Having achieved success at a young age, James soon found himself in demand as a business speaker, with dozens of requests for help, support and advice from business owners, keen to understand how James had transformed himself from teenage party entertainer, into a hugely respected business owner.

Hi James, love your approach and what your doing, thanks for all the advice you give. I've got an idea, what's your thoughts on purchasing a commercial property to actually run a business from? So many places are shutting near me due to increase In rents etc or landlords deciding to sell or something. I already have a residential property outright that I rent and was thinking of purchasing a commercial property on a mortgage or outright to run my current the business from that's currently in a converted double garage 😁 my thinking is it's still an investment as when I sell the business I would then generate a rental income on the commercial property plus he value would hopefully of gone up too on he property.
