Mommy long legs is actually a spider, and in poppy playtime chapter 2 you must complete three games to get the full train code but Mommy did not give you the third train code instead since you cheated in the third game, she gets really angry and starts chasing you all around the map instead of her, giving you the train code it’s actually Poppy. Poppy got webbed up by mommy. Long legs in the train code was also in the web, but the thing is poppy did not want us to leave while we were in the train. She quickly change the direction to Poppy playtime chapter 3 play care.

My theory is that:

Long ago poppy was a normal girl in a orphanage with the others that were the toys in the shop. Stella was the bait tricking the kids into thinking that they are going to houses to get adopted when they were going to get experimented on.
