Police investigate double shooting in Harlem near Apollo Theater

Two people were shot near the Apollo Theater in Harlem​ on Tuesday. Police say at least one of those victims was an innocent bystander. CBS2's Dave Carlin reports.

I live right around the corner from the Apollo, and I love Harlem. But yeah, there are definitely idiots and lowlifes around here with nothing better to do than act hard and walk around with their pants around their knees. It's a shame that innocent bystanders and hard-working civilians sometimes get caught in the middle of the savagery.
