I rode in one of those last week. It belonged to my relative. I rode in it down the Lacuna Beach area for six hours down the coastline. That cruise was the best cruise of my life.

Lovely car. No A/C but it is a convertible. No cruise control. Not fully loaded but looks like it's been detailed to within an inch of its life.

As a teenager in 1970, I drove a white 1963 convertible with red leather interior. That three speed transmission would smoke the tires. Unfortunately I damaged the transmission twice and my father took the car away from me.😢

Nice year because it has a dual mater cylinder prior to the 1967 DOT ruiles for all cars and the Alternator as well as the last year for the Fins and horizontal quad headlight.
1961-62 went to a flush front end but 63 went back to the recessed grille and headlight columns . The 65 went to vertical stacked headlight to end the 7 year run for horizontal quads .

Since 90% of Cadillac is the paint and this car will be impressive on the streets by its size and mirror finish paint in black that rivals a $ 60, 000.00 grand piano in black. You can't drive a piano but you can listen to piano music as you cruise the town in this land yacht as well a sleep on the back seat if needed ....try that with a piano.

She's sweet. Needs A/C, electronic ignition, and an electric top, and dual exhausts. I don't think I'd do anything other than that. 👍
