I called the real estate agent to make sure that you got credit for the good work you Do. They said that based on your video they've had about 60 calls today about the property itself. However I gave them your information and they said they had not been able to get anyone to cut the grass that would actually show up and do it and I was told that they would be reaching out to you to talk to you about more of their properties.

Update: the property owner is responsible for all maintenance during the sale process. Ownership is currently in litigation. Since there was no clear owner, nobody was paying for maintenance.
